First call is a great company and has been in the Coachella Valley for many years. I have heard great things about the company. I contacted them because my parents home was burglarized outside while they were sleeping. The technicians answered my questions about the cameras and system. They also explained which applications needed to be downloaded into my cell phone. I also spoke to Pete and Savanna as I had many questions on the security system with cameras coverage since the home is in Mountain Center. I inquired with several companies when I was interested in having security cameras installed at my residence. I found First Call Security and Sound through an internet search, and I was impressed with their reviews. I decided to call, and spoke to Pete who scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Pete arrived at my residence on time, and he was extremely knowledgeable explaining the capabilities of the security camera system. Pete did not leave me with any unanswered questions. The following day, Pete emailed me a detailed quote as he promised. I have sent first call security and sound to a few of my friends and they have all told me what An amazing company they are! Savanna in the office is as sweet as can be. Pete has really made us feel safe at our home and now I know all my friends who have used them are safe too! And the kind of equipment they offer is truly epic! You feel so fancy! Futuristic! I inherited a property that was being serviced by First Call and was pleased with the response I received when we had a troubleshooting issue that I called them to come and take a look at another property to add possible cameras. Pete was responsive and scheduled a walk immediately. When he reviewed the property we asked about various locations and while he could have just said sure let’s add here and here he was honest in his assessment and actually said they wouldn’t be beneficial in those areas. I appreciated that. He gave us what we needed and once we approved the work it was installed within a few days! Efficient, honest and great to work with! You can’t go wrong by making the your First Call!! (And last).

Peter and his team of experts are smart, friendly, creative and on time. We have been First Call clients and fans for years. They consistently over-deliver on their service. Their work is impeccable. The bottom line is when you have a system installed you want it to work and not have a lot of cables and other stuff cluttering up the room. First Call makes it look good, work and last. Love First Call Security and Sound. They came over to our previous house in Palm Springs and got all of our cameras up and running. When we moved to Rancho Mirage, they came here and set up all of our cameras as well as our security system. I can't recommend them highly enough!
