Our initial call with Vanessa (who was beyond helpful and patient with our questions and schedule) set the tone for how the business is run. When Pete came to give his assessment of our home's needs he was very knowledgeable, had great advice, and seemed genuinely appreciative our our business. Our installers (Matt in particular) were easy to work with, made sure we were happy with placement, and patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we were confident in the system before wrapping up (and making sure the house was clean). Vanessa kept us apprised of ETA prior and followed up to make sure everything went well. The benefits of a local, reliable company cannot be overstated- would highly recommend to anyone.

I inquired with several companies when I was interested in having security cameras installed at my residence. I found First Call Security and Sound through an internet search, and I was impressed with their reviews. I decided to call, and spoke to Pete who scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Pete arrived at my residence on time, and he was extremely knowledgeable explaining the capabilities of the security camera system. Pete did not leave me with any unanswered questions. The following day, Pete emailed me a detailed quote as he promised. I unfortunately kept waiting to have the cameras installed, then finally one day I quit procrastinating and contacted Pete again to go through with the install. I spoke to Savanna, who is the true backbone of the daily office duties along with phenomenal customer service, kept me updated until the scheduled day of install. Matt and JJ are the epitome of professional installers. Their attention to detail was remarkable with the placement of the cameras and the wiring ran throughout the exterior of the house was well organized. They made it a point to not leave my residence until the camera system was working flawlessly and I understood the functionality of the system. I have no doubt in my mind choosing First Call Security and Sound to install my security camera system was the correct decision, and it should be yours as well.

I initially invested a total of $500 over a period of 5 weeks. I inherited a property that was being serviced by First Call and was pleased with the response I received when we had a troubleshooting issue that I called them to come and take a look at another property to add possible cameras. Pete was responsive and scheduled a walk immediately. When he reviewed the property we asked about various locations and while he could have just said sure let’s add here and here he was honest in his assessment and actually said they wouldn’t be beneficial in those areas. I appreciated that. He gave us what we needed and once we approved the work it was installed within a few days! Efficient, honest and great to work with! You can’t go wrong by making the your First Call!! (And last).

Peter and his team of experts are smart, friendly, creative and on time. We have been First Call clients and fans for years. They consistently over-deliver on their service. Their work is impeccable. The technicians are smart. They ask smart questions to understand what you want and offer ideas and solutions to achieve your goals. We had a general idea of what we wanted the AV and security system to do and how it would operate and where it would go. They took our ideas and developed a plan that exceeded expectations. They’re very careful when working and seem to follow the mantra to measure twice and cut once. The communication with First Call throughout the process is amazing. If we change our mind or have a new idea, no problem they can handle it. If there’s something we don’t know how to do after the install, no problem. If we “break” it, no problem. They are patient, helpful, responsive and friendly. We felt like a partner in this process but they did all the work. Enough can’t be said about their creativity and knowledge. The bottom line is when you have a system installed you want it to work and not have a lot of cables and other stuff cluttering up the room. First Call makes it look good, work and last. What more could you ask for. When it comes to AV and security make one call to First Call and you will be happy you did. Thank you First Call.
